A. Targeted Economic Empowerment and Industrial Development of Delta South Senatorial Zone. With the support of House of Representative members from the zone, he will produce a “Delta South Economic Development Master Plan” (via a Delta South Economic Summit) with focus on:
 Job creation through the promotion of cottage industries
 Establishment of cottage industrial enclaves
 Vocational Skills acquisition/empowerment scheme
 Establishment of farm settlements and promotion of viable agro ventures.
 Revolving Micro Finance Schemes
 Commercial Fisheries Development
 Affordable Housing Schemes in concert with the Federal and State Governments.
 Development and promotion of sport such as football, Athletics etc.
B. EDUCATION:
Here the focus will be on -
 Assistance Schemes to indigent and other students in educational institutions.
 Vocational Training
 Commitment to raising standards in our Schools and Universities
 Economic Investments in children’s education.
C. HEALTH:
Our people deserve decent healthcare provision. Hence focus will be on improvement in access to functional healthcare facilities.

D. POVERTY ERADICATION:
Will initiate the Poverty Eradication Initiative (PEI) Scheme, meant to empower the unemployed youths by creating a situation whereby people have access to resources to make them earn a decent living.
E. Unity and Peace Promotion:
• Shall work with the various socio-cultural groups for the unity of our people.
• Encourage fraternal relations amongst the Itsekiris, Isoko and Ijaws both at home and in the diaspora.
• Harness the unifying potentials in sports to create and promote peaceful co-existence amongst the ethnic groups in the Delta South Senatorial Zone in particular and Delta State in general.
